"Jester" de Carnival Collection Lmtd Ed #34/750 par le plus cher Patti Klawans 85

This beautiful vintage Court Jester is a limited edition (#34/750) doll signed by the designer Patricia Klawans (1985) from the Schmid Doll House (See Photo). The doll is from the “Carnival Collection” and is NOT musical. The Jester's handsomely expressive face is hand painted on porcelain and designed with the innocent appeal of a child! His body is cloth and his limbs are not hinged (arms and legs do move, but he is not posable). He has porcelain hands and feet.

The doll is 17” tall from feet to top of Jester hat. He is wearing a colorful costume of yellow pants and shirt adorned with a separate white ruffle (with a snap in the back) and yellow & red trim. His vest is made of a velvet like red material with a gold trim, as are his Jester pointy boots, which have a small gold bead on the toes. His velvet like Jester hat is wired and posable and is adorned with yellow and red ribbons and trim (See Photo).

The Court Jester comes with his original hang tag and box, which is in good condition, but does have a slight crease in the lid (See Photos). He has never been displayed and kept in a dry place in a smoke free house. He would be a wonderful edition to anyone's collection!
